TGIC Powder Coating
TGIC Powder Coating is a form of clear coating that helps maintain the protective sheen on metals for many years. Its light weight and low cost make it ideal for low-volume manufacturing and processing. The TGIC coating can be applied to stainless steel and aluminum and it can protect the metal from abrasion and oxidation by acting as a semi-transparent sealer. The coating can be applied in any thickness needed. Its high gloss finish and its low viscosity make it possible to apply and remove it in a controlled fashion.
The TGIC Powder Coating has several benefits including abrasion and oxidation resistance, but it also aids in controlling the corrosiveness of liquids and solids in a controlled manner. When there is abrasion or oxidation on a surface the oxidization process will start and the TGIC will stop it. The TGIC will not allow the oxidation to happen unless and until it is removed. This makes it ideal for use in areas such as the air filter in automobiles. It also makes it ideal for welding applications and automotive welding.
The TGIC Powder Coating can be sprayed or applied using a brush, roller, applicator, or squeegee. The TGIC coating can be used on various surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel/aluminum alloys. It is designed to resist corrosion by resisting alkali attacks and acidic attacks. It is compatible with an unlimited number of surfaces. It can be applied over a wide range of surface materials which includes polycarbonate, resin, aluminum oxide, and tungsten. The TGIC is a highly versatile, versatile coating product. Its versatility allows it to be used for a broad range of manufacturing applications including ceramics, composites, plastics, glass, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass, copper, brass and bronze, etc.
