ABITL Powder Coating, LLC. is dedicated to continuous improvement throughout all aspects of our organization to achieve customer satisfaction. We will meet or exceed our customer expectations by employee participation in our processes and in partnership with our customers and suppliers to become the primary industrial coating provider in Oklahoma and the surrounding areas.
ABITL QUALITY OBJECTIVE
1% average or less rejection rate
90% On Time Delivery
Customer Satisfaction rating of 11 points or greater on feedback surveys.
What will be done: measuring customer satisfaction and product inspection.
What resources will be required: QC personnel, Floor Supervisor and blast personnel will inspect items and record inspection data. Measuring will be done with surface profile gauges, depth profile gauges and visual inspections will be conducted. Office Manager will contact customers for satisfaction data.
Who will be responsible: Primarily QC and Office manager for data collection. All personnel contribute to product conformance.
How the results will be evaluated: Use of NCR log and contacting customers regarding their experiences.
